AI Disclosure Statement
Anyone who speaks with one of our voice agents has the right to know they are speaking with an AI system, on whose behalf it is calling, and how to end or opt out of the conversation. This statement sets out exactly how we do that.
Last updated: August 8, 2026 · Applies to Creston Connect LLC
1. Our core commitment
All calls placed by our system clearly identify as AI-powered and state the business name at the beginning of each call. This applies to every call, on every plan, in every campaign. It is enforced by the platform itself — it is not a setting a customer can turn off, shorten, or override with instructions to the agent.
2. What you hear at the start of a call
On an outbound call, the agent opens with a disclosure of this form before anything else is said:
"Hi, this is an AI assistant calling on behalf of [Business Name]. I'm calling about [reason]. Is now a good time?"
On an inbound call, the agent identifies itself in its first response:
"Thanks for calling [Business Name]. I'm an AI assistant — how can I help today?"
If a call is recorded, the recording notice is given in the same opening turn, before any substantive conversation takes place.
3. The agent will never claim to be human
If you ask at any point in the conversation whether you are speaking to a real person, the agent answers truthfully and immediately. It will not deflect, change the subject or answer ambiguously. Configuring an agent to deny being AI is a material breach of our Terms of Service and grounds for immediate account suspension.
4. Opting out
You can end contact at any time. You do not need a specific phrase — saying "stop calling me", "take me off your list", "do not call" or any clear equivalent is enough. When you do:
- the agent confirms the request out loud and does not attempt to talk you out of it;
- the call ends promptly;
- your number is written to the suppression list for that business within minutes, and applied across all of that business's campaigns;
- the suppression record is retained indefinitely, so that a later contact upload cannot reintroduce your number.
You can also opt out in writing at any time by emailing jajuanrandle071@gmail.com with the phone number concerned.
5. Reaching a human
You can ask to speak to a person at any time. The agent will transfer you where a live representative is available, or take a callback request and pass it to the business with the full context of your call, so you do not have to repeat yourself.
6. When we call, and who we call
- Outbound calls are placed only to contacts for whom our business customer holds a documented lawful basis — express written consent or an established business relationship.
- Calls are restricted to permitted local calling windows in the recipient's time zone, and are checked against national and internal do-not-call lists before dialling.
- Caller ID always shows a valid, dialable number belonging to the business on whose behalf we are calling. We do not spoof or mask numbers.
- Retry limits and frequency caps are applied per contact, per campaign, to prevent repeated calling.
7. Recordings and transcripts
Where recording is enabled, notice is given at the start of the call and consent is obtained where the law of the relevant jurisdiction requires it, including in all-party-consent states. Recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default and then deleted. You may request a copy of, or the deletion of, a recording of your own call — see our Privacy Policy for how to make that request.
8. What our agents do not do
- They do not ask for payment card numbers, passwords or government ID numbers.
- They do not give legal, medical or financial advice, and escalate such requests to a human.
- They do not use synthetic voices cloned from a real person without that person's documented permission.
- They do not continue a call after an opt-out request.
9. Reporting a problem
If you received a call you believe was improper — you never opted in, the disclosure was missing, or an opt-out was not honoured — please tell us. Email jajuanrandle071@gmail.com with the date, time and number involved. We investigate every report, respond within five business days, and suspend the responsible campaign while we do.
