Our Mission

Automated calling that people are glad to pick up

Automated calling has a deservedly poor reputation. For decades it has meant robocalls, spoofed numbers and pressure tactics aimed at people who never asked to be contacted. We started Creston Connect in 2023 on the opposite premise: that voice is still the fastest way to resolve a customer's problem, and that AI should be used to answer the phone well rather than to dial more numbers.

Everything we build starts from consent. Our platform will not launch an outbound campaign without a documented lawful basis for each contact, it enforces calling windows and do-not-call suppression automatically, and it honours an opt-out the moment someone asks — no scripts designed to talk them out of it. Every call discloses that it is AI-powered before anything else is said, because a person deserves to know who, or what, they are speaking to.

We treat customer data as a liability to be minimised rather than an asset to be accumulated. Recordings and transcripts are retained for a defined window and then deleted, personal data is never sold or shared with advertisers, and our customers can export or erase their data at any time. We would rather lose a deal than run a campaign we could not defend to a regulator, an auditor, or the person on the other end of the line.

What we will not do

  • Cold-call people who never opted in
  • Spoof or mask the calling number
  • Claim to be a human when asked
  • Sell or broker customer contact data

Compliance & Ethics

The commitments behind every call

These are contractual obligations in our customer agreement, not marketing language. Breaching them is grounds for us to suspend an account.

All calls include AI disclosure

Every call our platform places or answers opens by identifying itself as an AI assistant and naming the business it is calling on behalf of. This is not optional and cannot be switched off by a customer.

We only contact opted-in customers

Outbound campaigns run exclusively against contacts with a documented lawful basis — an existing business relationship or express written consent. We require our customers to supply the consent record, and we store it against the contact.

Full opt-out support on every call

A recipient can opt out at any point simply by saying so. The request is honoured immediately, confirmed on the call, written to a suppression list within minutes, and applied across every campaign belonging to that customer.

TCPA and GDPR compliant processes

Calling windows, state-level restrictions, national and internal do-not-call lists, identification requirements, data-subject access and deletion requests, and signed data processing agreements are all part of the standard onboarding.

SOC 2 Type II — Audit In Progress

Independent controls audit covering security, availability and confidentiality.

GDPR Ready

Data processing agreements, EU data-subject request handling and deletion on demand.

AI Disclosure Enabled

Every call opens by identifying as AI and naming the business it is calling for.

TCPA-Aligned Processes

Consent capture, calling-window enforcement and honoured opt-outs on every campaign.
